02 / RCC
Reinforced concrete is the backbone of building in Bangladesh. We design the mix, trace the rebar and record the checks at every pour, so you can see what was built and how it was tested.
03 / Steel
Members are detailed in the BIM model and cut from it, fabricated off-site while the foundations go in, then bolted up. Wide clear spans and a much shorter programme.
04 / Hybrid
RCC for the core, foundations and slabs, where mass and fire resistance count. Steel where you need span and speed. The joints between them are designed and detailed, not improvised on site.
05 / Envelope
Panels, glazing, insulation and skylights go on, then interiors planned with the structure rather than retrofitted, with daily progress reports from site throughout.
06 / Handover
Structural tests, MEP commissioning and a final inspection come before the keys change hands. After that: warranty, a maintenance schedule and follow-up once you have moved in.
